Today we went skiinng. It was awesome! At first I was really scared because I thought I was going to break a limb. Which didn't happen, but was very likely. The first thing that we did was that we got on all our equipment and headed outside. After that the instructors separated the group into experienced skiers and never ever skied before people. I had never skied before. What we did was we learned some important things on skiing and learned the basics of how to do it. Once everyone was confortable on that we went up the magic carpet and learned how turn. Everyone went down and the instructor would correct us on the way down. At around ten, I think, we had our tests to see if we could get the sticker for the next hill. Unfortunately, I failed at the test, so I had to stay on the yellow hill. However, the instructors told us that if you didn't pass then there will be another test at around 12:30pm. Well, I practiced and practiced and then I had lunch because I was starving. After that the tests began. DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUN!!! Then I tried out the test which I failed at AGAIN!!!!! I was thinking I was never going to make it to the green hill. Next, I went to the side and tried it out on my own. I still wasn't worthy of myself. I tried the test again and this time I went R E A L L Y S L O W L Y. I was doing great! I actually passed! YAYAYYAYAYAYAYAYAYYYYYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once the instructor explained how to go on the chair lift my friend and I went first. We were scared to death but when we got to the top it was fantastic! I loved it. It was such a rush. After that I was never scared to go on that hill or the chair lift. That just made my day :D. Skiing is a great sport and I recommend it to everyone.
