FIFA 2010 South Africa

So, the FIFA Cup will be starting in the Summer. It's going to be great! The best thing I like about FIFA is that most of the world participates in it, which is awesome. If you read my other posts you might know that my favourite player is Cristiano Ronaldo so I really want the Portugeuse team to win it since he is from Portugal. I don't think they have ever one a FIFA world cup before so hopefully this is the year they will do it. FIFA is in South Africa and I really wish I could go but I can't. If you want to see the FIFA site here's the link: http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/ In the site they have all the stuff you would want to know about it. There are differnt groups so the winner of each group will face each other and the last two standing will face each other in the finals. Here are the groups:

Hopefully Portugal wins and I hope you liked my post!

Team Canada Rules!

Hey, as you might know the olympics are starting on February 12. Honestly, I don't really care about the other events happening other then Hockey. Well actually I want Canada to win everything. Which is probaly not going to happen. Anyways Team Canada is awesome. I really hope they win. Their line ups are great. Here they are!

TEAM CANADA

Plyrs./ NHL Teams

Martin Brodeur: New Jersey Devils
Marc-André Fleury: Pittsburgh Penguins
Roberto Luongo: Vancouver Canucks
Dan Boyle: San Jose Sharks
Drew Doughty: LA Kings
Duncan Keith: Chicago Blackhawks
Scott Niedermayer: Anaheim Ducks
Chris Pronger: Anaheim Ducks
Brent Seabrook: Chicago Blackhawks
Shea Weber: Nashville Predators
Patrice Bergeron: Boston Bruins
Sidney Crosby: Pittsburgh Penguins
Ryan Getzlaf: Anaheim Ducks
Dany Heatley: San Jose Sharks
Jarome Iginla: Calgary Flames
Patrick Marleau: San Jose Sharks
Brenden Morrow: Dallas Stars
Rick Nash: Columbus Blue Jackets
Corey Perry: Anaheim Ducks
Mike Richards: Philadelphia Flyers
Eric Staal: Carolina Hurricanes
Joe Thornton: San Jose Sharks
Jonathan Toews: Chicago Blackhawks

All the players are great. However, sadly Ryan Getzlaf sprained his ankle so he will probably not play for Team Canada. Subbing for him is Jeff Carter who plays for the Philadelphia Flyers. Hopefully, he will do great and be a good addition for Team Canada.
